The Story

After having spent 7.5 years recruiting for corporations, God gave me a new heart that desires to recruit for the Kingdom of God instead, and the courage to say what scared me to say before, "wherever you lead, Lord, I go." That being said, much of the "what", "where", "to whom", and "how" remain to be discovered. I continue seeking the Lord on these things. 

I arrived at Regent College on the eve of Christmas 2019 to be equipped for the tasks that lie ahead. I came alone, but I did not come on my own - It is by your continuous love, prayer, guidance, moral support, and gifts that I am sent 8,000 miles away from everything familiar to sit at God's feet for 3 years. 

Thus, with thanksgiving, The Dusty Sojournal is born. This blog is one of several channels I use to update you who are praying for me. Thank you for your partnership. It is also my hope that the stories here may serve to encourage someone in their journey of knowing and following the good God who remembers forgotten prayers.
